What does it cost to work with Advena?

Is it possible to select only certain services?
Yes, you can only book the services you need. We offer flexible options that are tailored to your unique needs.
How is the further vote going?
We can make an appointment of around 15-20 minutes, or you are welcome to visit our office.
Can I contact you before moving to Switzerland?
Yes, you are welcome to contact me before you move to Switzerland. I recommend that you ideally do this around 2 to 3 months in advance to allow for appropriate preparation and advice.

Do I have to book all modules or is only a part possible?
Our offering is completely modular. You can only use relocation, only taxes, or only insurance support — or a combination. Many customers start with one area and expand later as needed.
How does communication work?
You have a permanent contact person. Communication is via phone, Zoom or WhatsApp Business — whatever is easiest for you. You will receive documents clearly arranged via email or a digital customer folder.
Can I contact you even if I'm not in Switzerland yet?
Yes — many of our customers are still abroad when they contact us. Even before you move, we will guide you through all important steps, including a permit, insurance, finding accommodation and choosing a school.
